Trauma-sensitive, choice-based Yoga Nidra is a foundational principle of this training.
This Yoga Nidra Teacher Training goes beyond scripts and theory.
It is designed for teachers and practitioners who want to guide Yoga Nidra safely, ethically, and with nervous-system awareness.
You will learn trauma-sensitive, choice-based language, how to pace and hold space responsibly, and how to support students in vulnerable states of deep rest and awareness.
This is a fully self-paced training that upholds professional standards. Optional personalised feedback is available via direct correspondence with Amanda.

Hi, I'm Amanda Lawford, M.A., ERYT-500,

I'm a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), and I've had the privilege of sharing yoga, meditation, and breathwork with students around the world for over 20 years.
I've completed over 2,000 hours of advanced yoga teacher training and continue to deepen my learning so I can better support others on their journey, whether you're a new student or an experienced teacher.
