10. Course Access (Lifetime Access Clause)

You will have access to your Course for the lifetime of the Course, meaning for as long as it remains hosted on our platform, subject to our sole discretion and these Terms.

We reserve the right to update, modify, replace, discontinue, or retire any Course or Course Content at any time.

Access may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Platform Migration

You acknowledge and agree that Inspire Movement Coaching may, at any time and at our sole discretion, migrate, transfer, or transition any Course, program, community feature, user account, or digital content to another hosting platform or service provider, including but not limited to Wix, Skool, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, or any successor platform.

In the event of such a migration:

  1. Continued Access
    We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your access to purchased Courses continues on the new platform for the lifetime of the Course, as defined in these Terms.

  2. Required User Actions
    You may be required to create a new account, update login credentials, accept new platform terms, or complete other onboarding steps in order to maintain access.

  3. No Guarantee of Identical Features
    Certain features, functions, or past user activity (such as comments, progress tracking, or community posts) may not transfer and may not be available on the new platform. You acknowledge that access relates to Course Content, not to any particular platform features.

  4. No Refunds Due to Platform Changes
    A platform migration does not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or compensation. As long as access to the Course Content remains available, your purchase is considered fulfilled.

  5. Temporary Interruptions
    Access may be temporarily interrupted during transition periods. We will use reasonable care to minimise downtime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

By purchasing or accessing any Course, you agree to these conditions regarding future platform changes.

12. Use Of Free Downloadable Content

Free resources (“Freemium Content”) are for personal use only. You may not modify, resell, share, or use them to create competing offerings.

13. Communication Services

Private coaching and live classes are subject to the following:

  • 24-hour cancellation policy for private sessions

  • 1-hour cancellation policy for live Zoom classes

  • Late cancellations are charged in full

  • Sessions end at the scheduled time even if the participant is late

1. Acknowledgement Of Risk

You understand that yoga, meditation, breathwork, and dance are physical and mindful practices that involve movement, exertion, breath control, and nervous system engagement. As with any physical or mindfulness-based activity, there is a risk of injury, discomfort, emotional release, dizziness, fainting, strain, aggravation of existing conditions, or other physical or psychological effects.

You acknowledge that these risks cannot be entirely eliminated, even when proper instruction is provided.

Participation in all classes, courses, programs, and practices offered by Inspire Movement Coaching and Amanda Lawford is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

2. Medical Clearance And Health Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to consult with a licensed physician or healthcare professional before participating in any yoga, meditation, breathwork, or dance activities.

By participating, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are physically and mentally fit to take part

  • You have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation

  • If you are pregnant, post-natal, post-surgical, or under medical supervision, you have obtained approval from your healthcare provider

You agree to immediately discontinue participation and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, faintness, discomfort, emotional distress, or any adverse reaction.

3. Personal Responsibility During Practice

You acknowledge that only you can monitor your physical, emotional, and mental condition during practice.

You agree to:

  • Remain within your personal limits

  • Never force or strain

  • Modify or stop whenever needed

  • Ensure your practice space is safe, clear of obstacles, well-lit, and temperature appropriate

  • Wear clothing suitable for unrestricted movement

You accept full responsibility for any injury or harm resulting from your participation.

4. Release Of Liability

You hereby irrevocably release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Inspire Movement Coaching, Amanda Lawford, their employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, successors, or assigns for any injury, loss, damage, or liability, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising from your participation in any class, course, training, or program.

This release applies to all forms of participation, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • Live Zoom classes

  • Pre-recorded video sessions

  • Workshops

  • Retreats

  • Private coaching

  • Free or paid programs

5. Assumption Of Risk

You expressly assume all risks, known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, associated with participation in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and dance practices.

6. Dance-Specific Waiver

You acknowledge that participation in Online Dance Lessons involves vigorous physical movement that may result in injury.

You confirm that:

  • You are physically fit to participate

  • You understand the physical demands involved

  • You assume full responsibility for any injury, strain, or accident

You agree that recording, reproducing, distributing, or sharing dance lesson recordings is strictly prohibited.

You acknowledge that music used in dance content is the property of third parties and is used for educational purposes only. Your participation does not grant you any license to use third-party copyrighted music.

7. No Substitution For Medical Care

You acknowledge that yoga, meditation, breathwork, and dance are not substitutes for medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

8. Waiver Binding On Heirs And Representatives

This waiver shall be binding upon you and your heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns.

9. Severability

If any part of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Minors

Participants under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to participation in any classes or programs delivered by Inspire Movement Coaching or Amanda Lawford.

11. Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Queensland, Australia.
