Upgrade to the 50-Hour Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Certification

If you’ve completed the 25-Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Inspire Movement Coaching and would like to continue your journey towards becoming a Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher (CRYT) with the Global Online Yoga Association (GOYA), you have the option to upgrade. This upgrade includes: Assessment submissions Personalized instructor feedback Official certification as a Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher (CRYT) with GOYA As part of your certification, you’ll complete a creative and practical teaching assignment designed to help you embody your learning and grow in confidence as a Restorative Yoga teacher. You are encouraged to use the lessons from the original course as a foundation, drawing on the practices, concepts, and teaching principles shared throughout the training. Assessment Criteria: Submission of three restorative yoga class plans (in PDF format) One video demonstration of one of your class plans You will receive detailed, supportive feedback to guide your growth and deepen your teaching practice. Upon successful completion, you’ll be awarded a 50-Hour Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. This certificate includes both the Yoga Alliance YACEP logo and the Global Online Yoga Association (GOYA) logo, confirming that you have completed an accredited and assessed training program. This upgrade provides an additional 10 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) hours, building on the 40 hours already completed in the previous course. Please note: GOYA membership fees are not included in this course. However, as a graduate of Inspire Movement Coaching, you will receive an exclusive discounted rate should you choose to register with GOYA.
