Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher Trainings

These courses are certified as standalone teacher trainings through the Global Online Yoga Association (GOYA) and accredited for Continuing Education (YACEP) hours with Yoga Alliance.

Each course includes assessments, such as written class designs and a video demonstration, with personalised feedback provided to support your growth as a teacher.

General Assessment Criteria:

You’ll be asked to submit three class plans (in PDF format) and a video demonstrating one of the classes you’ve designed. Each plan should reflect the knowledge, techniques, and themes explored throughout the course.

Your video submission brings one of your written class plans to life, demonstrating your personal teaching style in an authentic way. The video doesn’t need to be a live class and phone footage is absolutely fine! 😊

You can simply record yourself teaching a friend, or speak to the camera as if your students were there. It’s not about being perfect, it’s just a way for me to connect with your voice and teaching style so I can offer kind, encouraging feedback. Most videos are around 10–30 minutes, but there’s flexibility depending on your class structure.
